Terms & Conditions for Rocky Ridge Funding (“we”, “us”, “our”)

You will update your information if it changes.

You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in using the Site or Services.

You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (if any) and be responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Loans, Interest, Fees & Risk Disclosure

Use of our Services (including applying for a loan) is subject to approval, credit check, and underwriting.

Interest rates, fees, repayment terms, and penalties will be disclosed to you (in writing or electronically) before you accept a loan.

Defaulting on a loan may lead to additional fees, damage to your credit, collection actions, or legal remedies.

We do not guarantee approval, and past performance or prior use does not guarantee future approvals.

6. Payments & Billing

You agree to make timely payments in accordance with the terms of your loan agreement.

If you fail to make payments, you may incur late fees or other penalties as disclosed in your agreement.

We reserve the right to offset amounts owed (e.g. from refunds or credits) against unpaid balances, as permitted by law.
