Shortly after his graduation from the Alberta University of the Arts (formerly ACAD), Dave opened his own design firm Hill, Miller & Associates, specializing in Marketing and Advertising for a diverse roster of clients including Real Estate, Industrial, and Retail corporations. Dave became intrigued with the business financing process and soon acquired his Broker license and joined Jencor Mortgage where he gained

knowledge and experience in all phases of real estate financing.

Soon after, through a merger, joined the team at Mortgage Connection in Calgary, Alberta. With this extensive knowledge and experience he diversified further into business financing and started his own business, Rocky Ridge Funding, focusing on small to medium size companies providing financial solutions

to further their growth and ongoing success.
